Ingredients
- cup green mung beans organic
- 1 piece avocado
- 1 tsp. chopped ginger organic
- 1/2 tsp. kurkuma powder organic
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin powder organic
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper for avocado cream according to taste
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- as needed ghee organic
- 1/2 tsp. black salt - kala nimak according to taste
- water to make a smooth dosa batter

Instructions
- Wash mung beans thoroughly
- soak overnight for 8 hours
- grind mung beans by pouring enough water until a smooth consistency is reached
- put the batter in a large bowl and and the chopped ginger, asafoetida, kurkuma, cumin, coriander and salt to the batter
- preheat a frying pan and add a litte bit of ghee
- once the pan is ready pour 4-5 tsp. of dosa batter into the center of the pan and spread the batter in circular motion to form a very thin layer
- than apply a little amount of ghee on the whole dosa
- let it cook until the edges start to rise and become slightly brown
- than turn the dosa and cook the other side until slightly brown
- put the dosa on a plate
- repeat the same procedure for rest of dosa batter
- wash the avocado, cut in half, take out the flesh and crush it to get a cream. Add a little bit of black salt and cayenne pepper (according to taste)
- fill the dosa with avocado cream, serve and ENJOY you can also try to fill the dosa with almond butter - hmmm
