1.Put Ghee in pot, heat
2. add mustard seeds, wait until they starting popping (close pot with lid during that process), remove pot for a few sec. then, wait until they stop popping
3. again put pot on the stove, add cumin and kalonji, stir 15-30 sec
4. add chili and ginger, asafetida + stir
5. add coconut flakes and roast them slightly on low to medium heat 2-3min
6. add coconut milk and salt, mix, done!
