Natural solutions to increase stomach acid and improve digestion.


Remedy 1 :

cumin powder = 1/2 (half) teaspoon

coriander powder = 1/2 teaspoon

cardamom powder = 1/8 teaspoon

Mix these powders in half glass warm water and drink the mixture. Repeat this 3 to 4 times a day ideally.

Remedy 2 : 

(If cramps)

1 teaspoon of Hing (Asafoetida)

some ghee (cow’s ghee – as much as it takes to make a paste)

Mix these ingredients and apply around your navel. Cover with a cotton cloth. Leave it overnight and wash it off in the morning.

Remedy 3 : 

 (if ulcerative colitis, blood in stool)

Gulkand (rose petal Jam) = 1 tsp. 2 times a day
