Dr. Pankaj Naram Healthy and Tasty Recipe Sharing – Part 1

Dr. Pankaj Naram wants to congratulate you for taking charge of your own health. A big part of being healthy, according to Dr. Naram and the ancient healing science, is taking care of what food you eat and what food you avoid. But Dr. Naram does not want you to eat boring or untasty food. The food you eat can be healthy and tasty. In this video (part 1) Dr. Pankaj Naram and Marianjii invite you to submit your recipes (according to his diet recommendations), which you love. Also, Marianjii invites you to submit your requests.

Hi Dr naram,I feel most stuck in my eating habit.I feel like I am not eating how I am supposed too.What to eat,when to eat and how should it be prepared. I feel fatigue, lack of energy and concentration, tired and weak.I need some motivation

I fee most stuck finding what I need when I’m hungry. Everything seems like an emergency then. So I guess it’s in being prepared for the eventual and predictable hunger that when it’s too bad, will accept almost anything. So maybe in willpower too? As hunger is inevitable. Perhaps it is in being mentally prepared and focused. Occasionally it is cravings.
