Instructions
  1. Wash, peal and cut asparagus in small pieces approx. 1 cm keep aside the head-pieces of the asparagus
  2. heat 1 tsp. of ghee in a pot add all spices and stir
  3. add the asparagus pieces - except the head-pieces and sauté for 1 to 2 min.
  4. add salt according to taste
  5. add hot water - so that the asparagus pieces are coved with 1 cm of water and boil it for 15 min.
  6. parallel boil the head-spieces in a small pot for 15 min.
  7. when ready mix the asparagus soup in a blender and strain it in order to remove the fibres
  8. pour soup back in the pot - add the cooked and strained asparagus heads
  9. add fresh herbs, serve and ENJOY
