Instructions
  1. Step 1: Saute olive oil, Ghee, cumin, black pepper, salt, ginger, and tofu in a pan for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Step 2: add sauted mix from Step 1 to a larger pan, add lettuce, cucumber, red or yellow bell pepper, red radish, cabbage and cook for 15 minutes; mix combination intermittently and cover pot for steam effect.
  3. Step 3: Transfer cooked dish of Tofu/vegetables to a serving pan while hot; sprinkle on top of dish strawberries or pomegranate, pappaya, and sunflower seeds (do not mix) and serve while hot.
