Instructions
  1. Prepare healthy digestion masala (spice mix) and set aside. Dry roast the following: turmeric 1/4 tsp asafoetida 1/10 tsp coriander ground 3/4 tsp ginger 1 tsp chopped cinnamon 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/8 tsp clove 5 pc green cardamom 3 pc
  2. In a deep pan or wok heat vegetable or canola oil or olive oil, when hot add cumin seed and as it changes colour add onions, fry till slightly golden, then add vegetables of your choice with green chili. Add healthy digestion masala (spice mix). Cover and simmer 5 mins. Check seasoning. Garnish with fresh coriander if desired.
