Instructions
  1. Prepare healthy heart masala (spice mix) and set aside. dry roast the following: garlic 1 piece crushed turmeric 1/4 tsp cumin ground 1/2 tsp coriander ground 3/4 tsp fennel ground 1 tsp black salt 1/4 tsp
  2. 2. In a deep pan or wok heat vegetable or canola oil or olive oil, when hot add cumin seed and as it changes colour add onions, fry till slightly golden, then add vegetables of your choice with green chili. Add healthy heart masala (spice mix). Check seasoning. Garnish with fresh coriander.
