Energizing green mung beans dosa

Instructions
  1. Wash mung beans thoroughly
  2. soak overnight for 8 hours
  3. grind mung beans by pouring enough water until a smooth consistency is reached
  4. put the batter in a large bowl and and the chopped ginger, asafoetida, kurkuma, cumin, coriander and salt to the batter
  5. preheat a frying pan and add a litte bit of ghee
  6. once the pan is ready pour 4-5 tsp. of dosa batter into the center of the pan and spread the batter in circular motion to form a very thin layer
  7. than apply a little amount of ghee on the whole dosa
  8. let it cook until the edges start to rise and become slightly brown
  9. than turn the dosa and cook the other side until slightly brown
  10. put the dosa on a plate
  11. repeat the same procedure for rest of dosa batter
  12. wash the avocado, cut in half, take out the flesh and crush it to get a cream. Add a little bit of black salt and cayenne pepper (according to taste)
  13. fill the dosa with avocado cream, serve and ENJOY you can also try to fill the dosa with almond butter - hmmm
