Ancient Siddha-Veda Green Vegetables Wok with Gluten Free Noodles

Instructions
  1. cut onion in fine cubes
  2. cut garlic or press through garlic press
  3. wash and cut zucchini in round slices approx. 5 mm thick
  4. wash, clean and cut green beans in small pieces approx.. 1 cm
  5. wash and cut pak choi in slices about 1 cm
  6. boil some water in a cooking pot and blanch green beans for 2 to 4 minutes strain and leave aside
  7. heat 1 tsp. of ghee in a wok or frying pan
  8. add all the spices (except salt) and stir
  9. add onions and garlic
  10. add first zucchini and stir
  11. than green beans and stir
  12. than the pak choi stir
  13. stir frequently until vegetable is al dente don´t overcook it
  14. add salt to taste
  15. parallel boil gluten free noodles according to instructions - strain and keep aside
Recipe Notes

Serving:
2/3 vegetable and only 1/3 noodles on the plate
garnish the vegetables with fresh herbs and if you like put some small quantity of ghee or a little amount of a good olive oil on the top for taste.

decorate your eating table nicely – you can use a nice table cloth, napkins and some flowers, sit down and enjoy your meal, eat slowly, experience the taste your meal and the fragrant smell of the different spices. Only eat until your stomach is ¾ full, stop at this point. Take a rest for 10 to 15 minutes. After that you may take your recommended herbs from Dr. Naram with warm water.

After this lunch you will feel refreshed and full of energy ☺

Remember: Don´t drink any liquid during your meal.

Wait for the next meal until food is completely digested and you feel hungry again.

Do not eat a snack in between.
